Notes:

Emergencies and other urgent tasks attended by the municipal fire and rescue service.

Before 2018 there was some under-reporting from a few municipalities, see Quality Declaration for more information (in Swedish).

The municipal fire and rescue service have a legal obligation to attend events classed as 'Confirmed or suspected emergency'. Procedures for other urgent tasks have varied over the years and these statistics only cover tasks that have been recorded in an incident report. The categories Assistance to ambulance and Assistance to police were introduced 2005, and for technical reasons are shown as 0 for previous years. This classification revision should be taken into consideration when comparing figures before and after the changes.
