Notes:

Confirmed or suspected emergencies attended by the municipal fire and rescue service.

Before 2018 there was some under-reporting from a few municipalities, see Quality Declaration for more information (in Swedish).

The contents of the incident report have been revised, and some adaptations of emergency types and economic activities have been made so that the figures are as comparable as possible, see Quality Declaration for more information (in Swedish).

The accident categories Person in other form of danger and Flooding of watercourse were introduced in 2005, and for technical reasons are shown as 0 for previous years.

Until 2004 there was a general category for all economic activities not listed as specific categories. From 2005 other activities were recorded as either Other public activity, Other industry or Other activity, not public or industrial. For technical reasons these categories are shown as 0 for the years where they are not applicable.

These classification revisions should be taken into consideration when comparing figures before and after the changes.
